Our Interview Process

Once you have complete an application, you will be contacted by our team to set up an initial phone interview.

Goal Analysis

First, we schedule an over-the-phone interview where we discuss your goals and overview the position available. We'll ask for your career history, your future goals, and provide an analysis of our model.

Video Interview

You'll speak first-hand with the organization using our video technology.

In-Person Interview

If the video interview is a success, we'll schedule an on-site interview with team members to further explore the opportunity.

Finalize & Debrief

As needed per the position's requirements, you may return for a 2nd interview. Afterward, you and your Acquisition Manager will have a fast debrief phone call to outline next steps.
